Upload your artwork, create a digital design in the Creation Studio, review your preview, choose your size and options, and place your order. We then turn your approved design into a handcrafted physical collectible.

Yes. A clear photo taken with a phone is usually enough. For best results, photograph the artwork straight on in good lighting.

Yes. You review the digital preview before completing your purchase. Completing the order confirms that you approve the selected design and size for production.
The final collectible is made from the approved digital design, but small differences may occur during physical production. Colors, textures, proportions, and very fine details may vary slightly when a digital design is translated into a handcrafted physical piece.
Our collectibles are created using resin 3D printing and are then carefully hand-sanded, painted, and finished by hand. The specific materials and finishing process may vary depending on the design.
No. Wondila collectibles are designed as keepsakes and decorative display pieces, not as toys for everyday play.
Wondila collectibles are designed primarily for display, not play. They may contain small or delicate parts, so they should be kept away from young children and pets and handled by adults or under adult supervision.
Handle your collectible gently and keep it away from excessive heat, moisture, prolonged direct sunlight, and heavy impact. These pieces are made to be displayed and treasured.
Your artwork is used to create your design and fulfill your order. We do not sell your artwork or use it to create products for other customers.
Not without your permission. We treat your uploaded artwork as personal customer content and do not publicly display it simply because you submitted it.
Yes. If we ever request permission to feature your artwork or finished collectible, you can choose whether to give permission.
We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information and use it only as needed to provide our services, process orders, communicate with you, and operate our website. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information.
Each keepsake is made to order and carefully handcrafted. Production: approximately 15 business days. Shipping: approximately 7–14 business days. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination and carrier.
We ship to the destinations currently supported by our store. Available shipping options and costs are shown during checkout. If your destination is available at checkout, you can place your order there.

Because every Wondila collectible is custom-made from your artwork, cancellation and refund rules are different from standard products. You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. After 24 hours, orders cannot be canceled due to a change of mind. If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us and we will review the issue and determine whether a replacement or refund is available. Because your collectible is custom-made based on the artwork and digital preview you approved before purchase, simply changing your mind after production does not automatically qualify for a refund. If you believe there is a genuine problem with your order, please contact us and we will review the situation with you. Please see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for the complete rules.
Yes. Because each keepsake is custom-made, Wondila may decline or cancel an order if the requested keepsake cannot reasonably be produced, or if the submitted artwork, design, selected options, or other customer instructions may violate applicable laws or regulations, infringe intellectual property or other third-party rights, or conflict with Wondila's content or production requirements. If Wondila cancels your order for one of these reasons, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
