When you use Creation Studio, you may upload:

2. Children's Artwork and Photos
Wondila is designed for parents and families creating keepsakes from children's artwork. We do not require a child to create an account or provide personal information in order to use our services. We encourage parents or legal guardians to provide children's artwork and any photographs used in connection with an order.
Children's artwork may be processed as part of our creation process, but we do not use children's artwork or photographs for advertising, public display, or promotional purposes simply because they were uploaded to our website.
If we would like to feature a customer's creation, photograph, or story on our website, in advertising, on social media, or in other promotional materials, we will seek appropriate permission separately.

We do not intentionally use your child's artwork or photographs to publicly promote Wondila without appropriate permission.

You may contact us to ask about the personal information or uploaded content associated with your order. Where reasonably possible and subject to applicable legal or business requirements, we may delete or anonymize personal information and uploaded content upon request.
Please understand that some information may need to be retained for purposes such as legal compliance, accounting, tax records, fraud prevention, payment disputes, warranty or order records, or other legitimate business purposes. 15. Security Verification (Cloudflare Turnstile)
To help protect our website from bots, abuse, and unauthorized automated use, we use Cloudflare Turnstile, a security service provided by Cloudflare, Inc., on our website, including when you use Creation Studio and submit artwork for preview.
When you use our services, Turnstile may run a background check and process certain technical information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, time spent on the site, and interaction patterns, to determine whether activity appears to come from a human or an automated program. Turnstile is designed to run invisibly and, in most cases, does not require you to click on anything or identify yourself.
Turnstile does not set advertising cookies and does not use this information to track you for marketing. The processing described above is based on our legitimate interest in operating a secure website, preventing fraud, spam, and abuse, and protecting our services.
